2011 - 2012 Calendar of Events

Regular club meetings begin at 7:30 PM, workshops at 7:00 PM.  All meetings are at the Town House Retirement Community unless otherwise noted.  On competition nights , you must have your entries submitted prior to 7:15 PM.  Please sign in and be seated before 7:30 PM.  Executive Committee (board) meetings will begin at 6:30 PM unless otherwise noted.

April 19th 7:00 PM Workshop - Bill Christie: Light .... Its what we shoot, but do we really see it?
April 26th 7:00 PM Workshop - Photo challenge... (note that this meeting will be in the basement room, where we used to meet)    Travel photography is great, but here you are challenged to try to create interesting images in your everyday environment.  Overall theme: Bloom where you're planted.   The “assignments:”

Best image(s) you can make:

In your garage In your kitchen
In your house (apartment,etc.) In your yard
In your neighborhood Of a family member
Of a neighbor In a park - City, County, or State
On any ACRES property Seasons - same scene shot in two or more seasons

Or...any image that illustrates the theme
